This site is hosted independently of all Retrosnub customer servers (in a different city), and will detail any known issues affecting our main services. It is recommended that customers bookmark this site in the event of our main website being unreachable.

If you are experiencing problems that are not listed here, please contact us by email, or in the event of an urgent problem only, use the emergency contact form. You may alternatively leave a message (including your username and email address) on our emergency voicemail system by phoning +44 7092 060485.

Routine news and status updates will be posted on Twitter: @retrosnub. They are also available via RSS.

If any outage requires a more extensive explanation, that will be posted here as before.
